1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our plans, or browsing our visualizations, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

To access premium visualizers, track your progress, and participate in the Global Leaderboard, you must log in using Google Authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your session.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AlgoSteps owns the intellectual property rights for all code, interactive simulation steps, custom D3 graphics, and layout templates. You may view and run these simulations for personal, educational, and academic skill development purposes. You must not:

• Republish or scrape our custom simulation generators.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license our premium visualizer code.
• Duplicate, replicate, or copy our interactive layout engine.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of AlgoSteps, including any automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or reverse-engineering attempts.

5. Limitation of Liability

AlgoSteps and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

6. Lifetime Subscription

"Lifetime access" or a "Lifetime subscription" refers to the active lifespan of the AlgoSteps platform. In the event that the website is discontinued, retired, or acquired by a third party, the lifetime access agreement terminates. All lifetime subscriptions are paid via a one-time fee and are subject to the strict no-refund policy outlined in our Refund & Cancellation section.
